Description
These 26×20 tiny house plans give you a modern tiny house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on one level, under a single-slope shed roof. The 26′-9″ x 20′-0″ footprint holds about 535 square feet, and a covered front porch about 6′ deep runs the full width of the house.
The layout keeps the private rooms at the back and the living space at the front. A 14′ x 11′ bedroom and an 11′ x 6′ bathroom with a shower sit along the rear wall. In front of them, an open kitchen with a high bar and an 11′-5″ x 12′-8″ living room face the porch through tall glass doors.
The shed roof is highest over the porch, so the front wall can take tall glass with transom windows above. Square porch posts, horizontal siding and a simple rectangle on a monolithic slab make it a straightforward build for an owner-builder and easy for a contractor to price.
