Our plans are digital downloads. Here is how refunds work, in plain language.
In short
- Not downloaded yet? Email us and we will review a refund.
- Damaged or wrong files? We fix or replace them, or refund you.
- Downloaded plans are generally final sale.
- Custom work is non-refundable once it has started.
01Digital products
Every plan is delivered as a digital download. No printed or physical plans are shipped.
Before you order, please check the product page for the dimensions, included drawings and file formats. You can also see a full sample set on What’s Included.
02Before you download
Ordered the wrong plan or changed your mind? Email us before you download or open the files. We will review your request and refund eligible orders.
03Problems with your files
If your files are corrupted, incomplete or clearly different from the product description, email us your order number and a short note about the problem.
We will send corrected or replacement files first. If we cannot fix a verified issue, we will issue a refund.
04When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not given for:
- Change of mind after the files were downloaded
- Choosing the wrong plan or size after downloading
- Not reviewing the product details before purchase
- Software issues not caused by our files
- Local codes, permits, zoning or engineering requirements
- Site-specific construction needs
- Changes requested after purchase
05Custom plans and modifications
Custom design and modification fees are non-refundable once work has started. The scope is agreed before any work begins. See Custom Plans.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
