Description
These 24×36 2 bedroom 2 bath house plans give you a modern American-style cabin house on one level, under a single-slope roof. The 24′ x 36′ footprint holds 864 square feet and sits on a raised deck that wraps the whole house, with stairs down to the front walk.
The master suite fills the back of the house: a 16′-8″ x 11′ bedroom with a full closet wall and its own 6′ x 11′ bathroom. A second 10′-8″ x 11′ bedroom and a second full bath sit in the middle, and a laundry area sits by the main entry.
