Description
These 30×32 cabin plans with loft give you a modern cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, split between a 960 sq ft main floor and a full loft level. The 30′ x 32′ footprint sits under a clean flat roof, and a 29′ x 5′-8″ covered porch runs across the front.
The main floor keeps living and sleeping apart. The 16′-8″ x 14′-6″ living room and kitchen sits at the front by the porch, next to a small foyer and the stair. Two bedrooms (16′-8″ x 10′-6″ and 12′ x 11′) each have a full bathroom close by, so guests and family each get their own bath.
Upstairs, the loft has a 12′ x 14′-6″ bedroom, a 17′-4″ x 10′-6″ loft living area, a third bathroom, a closet and a storage room, with part of the loft open to the living room below. The flat roof sits at about 16′, and horizontal siding with large windows gives it a modern cabin look. It is one simple box on a monolithic slab, so the build is easy to plan and to price.
