Description
These 66×28 house plans give you a modern lean house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on one level, under a long low-slope roof. The 66′ x 28′ footprint holds 1,848 square feet, and two sets of glass doors open the living and dining room onto a 9′-6″ front deck, with decks wrapping the sides and rear.
The layout puts the shared space in the middle and the bedrooms at the ends. The 27′-0″ x 14′-4″ living and dining room sits at the center, with a 21′-4″ x 8′-4″ island kitchen and a walk-in pantry along the back wall. A 12′ x 14′ bedroom and a large bath with a freestanding tub are on the left end, and two more bedrooms (10′ x 13′-4″ and 14′ x 13′-4″) on the right end each have a bathroom close by, plus a laundry area, a closet and an 8′ x 8′ storage room.
The flat, low-slope roof stays at about 12′ and runs past the walls with a 2′ overhang that shades the front glass.
